Today, we’re publicly launching HyperDev.

HyperDev is an AI app builder designed to help developers go from idea to production-ready application, without losing control over their stack, logic, or deployment choices. HyperDev was built with a clear point of view. Most AI coding tools today are good at generating fragments. They can help you prototype, scaffold, or explore ideas, but they often break down when you try to ship something real. You hit paywalls, you lose control of your stack, or you’re left to debug fragile code on your own.

We wanted to build something different.

Why we built HyperDev

HyperDev lets you create full-stack web applications using natural language, while retaining full visibility and control over the code being generated. You define what you want to build, how it should behave, and what technologies you want to use. The platform then generates real, editable code that is designed for deployment, not just demonstration.

At the core of this approach are Natural Language Rules, which allow developers to express logic clearly without surrendering structure or determinism. The goal is simply to accelerate development without turning software into a black box.

Built with both research and real-world delivery in mind

HyperDev is led by two complementary perspectives.

On the technical side, Piotr Sobolewski brings first-hand experience from working on generative systems at OpenAI. That background informs how HyperDev approaches model orchestration, reliability, and system design.

Equally important is the delivery perspective. Over the past decade, Riaz Moola has worked closely with thousands of developers through HyperionDev, across South Africa, the US, Canada, the UK, Europe, and Australia. That work has been less about theory and more about practice: how developers learn, where they get stuck, and what actually helps them ship software at scale.

HyperDev sits at the intersection of those two realities. Frontier AI research on one side, and the practical demands of production software on the other.
