Welcome to HyperDev. Our mission is to empower businesses, developers, creators, and teams to build and ship software quickly and effortlessly. To maintain a safe, secure, and collaborative ecosystem, all projects, applications, and content created, deployed, or hosted on HyperDev must comply with this Acceptable Use Policy ("Platform Rules").
1. Violent & Illegal Behavior
Prohibited
- Threats & Incitement: Direct or indirect threats of physical violence, terrorism, or damage to real-world infrastructure.
- Cruelty & Abuse: Promotion, celebration, or instruction regarding animal abuse or violence against individuals.
- Criminal Enterprise: Material support, encouragement, or instruction for illegal activities, violent organizations, or criminal syndicates.
Permitted
- Documentary, historical, or educational content.
- Fictional, narrative, or artistic works that do not promote real-world criminal acts or violence.
- Political commentary, news reporting, or raising public awareness.
2. Child Protection & Exploitation
Prohibited (Zero Tolerance)
- Exploitation & Abuse Material: Any content involving, depicting, describing, or facilitating child sexual abuse, exploitation, or endangerment.
- AI & Synthetic Media: AI-generated, synthetic, or digitally altered media depicting minors in a sexual, nude, or abusive context.
- Harmful Interactions: Tools or platforms intended to solicit, groom, or facilitate contact with minors for illegal or harmful purposes.
Permitted
- Educational, preventative, or support resources dedicated to child safety that contain no explicit, graphic, or detailed descriptions of child harm.
3. Harassment, Bullying & Abuse
Prohibited
- Targeted Attacks: Targeted harassment, doxxing, or sustained intimidation directed at individuals or specific groups.
- Hostile Systems: Deploying applications designed to facilitate cyberbullying, coercion, or non-consensual tracking of an individual.
Permitted
- Legitimate artistic expressions, political satire, or news commentary.
- Educational materials discussing online safety and anti-harassment strategies.
4. Hate Speech & Discrimination
Prohibited
- Applications or content that incite violence, dehumanize, or promote hatred against individuals or groups based on protected attributes (e.g., race, ethnicity, religion, disability, age, nationality, sexual orientation, or gender identity).
- Segregationist or discriminatory platforms designed to deny services or human rights based on protected characteristics.
Permitted
- Academic research, historical analysis, and educational discussions surrounding hate speech and systemic discrimination.
5. Self-Harm & Eating Disorders
Prohibited
- Suicide & Self-Harm: Step-by-step instructions, encouragement, or graphic depictions of suicide or self-injury.
- Eating Disorders: Promotion, instruction, or romanticization of severe eating disorders or extreme harmful health behaviors.
Permitted
- Crisis support tools, mental health resources, and recovery-focused platforms without graphic descriptions or triggering instruction.
6. Adult & Sexually Explicit Content
Prohibited
- Explicit Content: Hosting or distributing pornography, explicit sexual acts, or pay-for-view adult entertainment.
- AI Nudity Tools: AI-powered applications, workflows, or micro-services engineered to generate non-consensual nudity ("undressing" tools) or explicit sexual imagery.
- Human Trafficking: Content or tools promoting sex trafficking, forced labor, or unregulated escort solicitation.
Permitted
- Educational content regarding sexual health, anatomy, and relationships.
- Adult products or literature, provided they satisfy all legal requirements and do not feature explicit depictions of sexual acts.
7. Deceptive Media & Misinformation
Prohibited
- Deceptive Deepfakes: AI-generated media designed to deceive users regarding real people, public officials, or sensitive events for financial or political gain.
- Critical Misinformation: Misleading claims that threaten public safety, promote fake medical remedies for life-threatening conditions, or disrupt civic processes.
Permitted
- Clearly labeled synthetic media, parody, or satire that poses no threat of real-world deception or harm.
8. Unregulated & Illegal Goods or Services
Prohibited
- Controlled Substances: Promotion, distribution, or illegal trade of controlled pharmaceuticals, narcotics, or dangerous materials.
- Unlicensed Financial Services: Fake crypto-wallets, Ponzi schemes, unauthorized gambling networks, or unlicensed financial/banking systems.
- Weapons & Illegal Commerce: Instructions or market platforms for illegal firearms, modified weapons, or counterfeit assets.
Permitted
- Fully compliant, legally registered e-commerce platforms and licensed financial technology integrations adhering to local laws.
9. Privacy & Personal Data Exposure
Prohibited
- Doxxing: Sharing or threatening to share an individual's private details (home address, government ID numbers, personal phone numbers) without explicit consent.
- Credential Harvesting: Publishing or distributing leaked passwords, account credentials, or access tokens.
Permitted
- Applications managing data obtained through explicit user consent or publicly accessible legal records.
10. Platform Abuse, Security & Malware
Prohibited
- Malicious Code: Building, hosting, or deploying malware, ransomware, keyloggers, botnets, or exploit kits.
- Phishing & Fraud: Creating mock login pages, deceptive brand clones, or credential-grabbing forms.
- Infrastructure Abuse: Utilizing HyperDev computing resources for unauthorized crypto-mining, denial-of-service (DoS) attacks, automated spamming, or bypassing security controls.
Permitted
- Authorized security research, penetration testing tools, and cybersecurity educational resources that operate within isolated environments and do not target live infrastructure.
11. Intellectual Property & Brand Imitation
Prohibited
- Deploying applications that infringe upon existing trademarks, patents, or copyrighted codebases.
- Cloned Websites: Publishing exact visual or functional replicas of third-party platforms (e.g., popular banking or social media sites) designed to confuse or mislead end users.
Enforcement & Reporting
HyperDev reserves the right to review, modify, restrict, disable, or permanently remove any project, repository, or account that violates these Platform Rules. Interpretation of these rules remains at the sole discretion of the HyperDev Safety & Moderation Team.
How to Report Abuse or Appeal an Action
- Report Violations: If you spot a project hosted on HyperDev that violates these rules, submit details to hyperdevsupport@hyperdev.com
- Appeals: If your application was suspended or flagged in error, submit an appeal to hyperdevsupport@hyperdev.com
